Owen Farrell confirmed his sensational return to the Saracens after spending a year in Paris with a 92 race.
The former captain of England suspended his international career after the 2023 rugby world cup to join the race in the French capital, the RFU policy not allowing those who play their rugby outside of England to be selected for the side of Steve Barthwick.

However, the French adventure of the 33 -year -old man was accompanied by injuries and he now concluded an agreement to leave his racing contract early, with Saracens agreeing to pay compensation to the Parisian party, and declaring that he had signed a two -year contract at the Stonex stadium.
We thought that Farrell would put the pen on paper on a five -year agreement which would initially see him occupy a joint game and coaching role, before going full time to Mark McCall once he has completed his career on the pitch. However, the official declaration of Sarries has only confirmed a two -year contract for the moment and has not mentioned a coach memory.
“The Saracens are my house and the opportunity to come back is the one that excites me enormously,” said Farrell. “Having looked at this season from afar, it is clear to see that the club has incredible potential, and I can’t wait to return to the mixture for season 25-26.”

The director of the saracens of McCall rugby was also happy to welcome the legend of the club in the fold, saying: “Owen has saracens in his DNA; His competitive spirit is woven in the fabric of this club, and we are delighted that he has chosen to go home. We know that he will love part of the part of the place

The return of Farrell to the newly renamed Gallagher Prem again increases the possibility of the playmaker in the colors of England, if he wishes. Farrell will be available in Barthwick as soon as this summer tour in Argentina and the United States, although he had moved away from international consideration to prioritize his mental well-being in the months preceding his transition to race 92.
His first visit to Saracens saw him win six first titles and three European titles, as well as to become the top scorer of European points of all time and a winner of the European price of the player of the year. He made 256 appearances for the club, as well as 112 for England, and six test ceilings for the British and Irish lions.
His return is a considerable coup for the London club after missing the play-offs this season, the space has opened its doors in the salary ceiling by available dispensation after Alex Lozowski Achille injury. Alex Goode retired, leaving Fergus Burke – signed to replace Farrell last summer – and the young Louie Johnson like the other main game creation options within the McCall team.

“He doesn’t have to play 10, he can also play other positions,” said McCall. “So, for our young talents that develop, it could be a good thing to have it there.
“It’s not just a question of having talent, it is a question of being able to think correctly on the ground. I know Owen is obviously one of the best to that. He and Louie Johnson in particular already have a very strong relationship. They speak at least every month. Owen is so willing to share her knowledge and experience with young players.
“We think we are a little vulnerable at 10, to be honest. We have a lot of 12 and 13S, but we are vulnerable at 10 years because Alex Goode is retired and he played 10 for us. We have FERGUS [Burke]We have Louie and then we have no one else. “”
It is believed that Farrell will take a significant salary reduction to return to his childhood club, where Father Andy first forged his own coach career. The young Farrell will show comments on his father’s first match as a boss of the British and Irish lions next week, after joining the Sky Sports team as an expert for the meeting with Argentina in Dublin while tourists start their 10 -game route.
