They are invited to leave the route as soon as possible after their visit.

Initially, the roads in downtown Fishguard also had to be closed from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. for the event section of the event.

The event organizers said that drivers are still able to leave the roads in Fishguard and that the diversions will be in place.

However, in an update provided by Fishguard and Goodwick Council, it has been announced that road closings in the city center will not be applied.

“We have an update of the activity of the Wales / Pembrokeshire County Council of a change of route for the race course this weekend,” said a spokesperson for the municipal council.

“Due to a reduced number of athletes this year, the decision was made not to enforce road closures in downtown Fishguard, as it is estimated that the level of disturbance is not justified.
